Do you sell second quality products? |

No. We only sell the highest of quality glass, china, and cutlery from the leading brands. |

If I buy on the internet will my goods arrive safely? |
|
Yes. Damage to goods in transit is extremely rare. Your items are insured by China Chaps and if your order is not in perfect condition when it arrives, just contact us and we will organise a replacement. We do ask you to keep the damaged goods and the packaging until we say otherwise. |

How do you keep your prices so low? |
|
Because we are the best! China Chaps pay a great deal of attention to buying in stock at the right prices. Because we only deal with a limited number of suppliers we get the best available trade discounts and pass them on to our customers. We monitor all local retailers, including the department stores and aim never to be beaten on price. |

Can you send me a catalogue? |
|
Our internet site is our catalogue, but we do carry brochures for Villeroy & Boch, Iittala, Dartington Glass, and a few other suppliers, where they produce them. If you do want more information, please call on 01634 243435 or email us at

What are your delivery charges? |
Free for orders over £30. For smaller orders we charge £3-95
|

Will my pattern be discontinued? |
|
Manufacturers do not change patterns very often but from time to time lines are discontinued. If you register your interest with us we will let you know if a line is going to be discontinued as we usually know anything up to a year in advance. |
