Aalto Vase

Alvar Aalto (1898-1976) is recognised today as one of great masters of modern architecture and Scandinavian design and his designs are some of the most popular designs here at China Chaps.

The Aalto vase was designed in 1936 and it was then shown the following year at the Paris World Fair. The Aalto vases that are availablw to buy at China Chaps are all mouth-blown in the Iittala factory.
