Lladró Giftware

Lladró was established in 1953 when brothers Juan, José and Vicente Lladró began to make their first creations in a Moorish furnace built in their own home near to Valencia. Lladró soon became famous worldwide for their delicate porcelain sculptures, manufactured from 1962 in The City of Porcelain, an area that combines factories, office buildings and sport and leisure facilities for Lladró’s work force. Lladró has a vast historical catalogue of figurines, some still in production, and some now valuable collector’s items.

Today they produce high quality figurines of Animals, Angels, Children and Women among many other themes. The stunning detail and romantic air of these figurines make them immensely popular.  China Chaps now sell all current Lladró ranges in our Snodland store.
