Most of the items in our online shop are carried in store, this coupled with our helpful, friendly and efficient customer service enables us to send out products as quickly as possible. In cases where products are specifically ordered in, we are dependent upon our suppliers. Items normally take between 7 and 21 working days to reach us.  If delivery dates are expected to be longer than this it will be due to the manufacturer being out of stock, in which case we will advise you of anticipated delivery dates.
